Bought a RE20 from the AVShop.Long & McQuade only had the RE20 in gray, but I wanted a black model. Long & McQuade phoned the supplier about getting a black model but ultimately could not reach the correct contact (personally, I don't think they tried hard enough). Amazon did not have a black RE20 either.After looking at importing the item from the USA and determining the fees involved as being too high, I found the AVShop.I phoned the store to confirm they had a back RE20 and was told the item would probably arrive at my door 2 days after ordering (I live in the GTA). After placing the order, the black RE20 arrived within two days as said.Great service! The AVShop is a strong alternative to Long & McQuade. I will make more orders from them in the future!

I was very satisfied and happy with the support Kevin and the customer service team provided. I had a hardware issue for over a month with the hdmi output port 1 of our Atem Mini Extreme and the unit passed 30 days but still under manufacturer's warranty. The unit is very critical for our church's Sunday service for live streaming. As a standard process, getting the unit checked and sent back to the manufacturer may take more than a week. I called on a Monday and picked up a replacement unit, brand new, the next day without any questions asked. This Sunday, we are back online and were able to serve our members and guests. Thank you for understanding our situation.

Always a pleasure dealing with AVShop as your get bi-weekly status updates if something is backordered. Once product is in stock, it’s shipped immediately which is a bonus. My go to for all gear related purchases.

I purchased an expensive piece of equipment from AVShop that ended up being delayed indefinitely, and eventually discontinued. I messaged frantically to get a refund as I've had issues with other companies before over less.They were extremely quick to respond and issued the refund immediately so I could purchase an alternative device; which I did.Unfortunately, the new device never ended up working with my high end custom PC. So I again, frantically started correspondence with AVShop and it has been an ongoing issue for approximately 10 months now.But AVShop have been amazing throughout the whole process. As annoying as I know I've been, there are two employees who have done all of the emailing (dozens) back and forth and all the follow up with the manufacturer, etc. And I need to publicly acknowledge and send my heartfelt gratitude to Laurie and Jason for having the patience and commitment to make sure their customer was being looked after. Whether that was by them or the warranty department of the manufacturer.I now have a replacement unit (an upgrade, I might add) on its way to me from the warranty department.But without both Laurie and Jason's help, I would've been completely stuck.Amazing work by these two individuals. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from AVShop.

Raees from AV Shop has given me and my business the absolute best support with tech! I have struggled many times with our virtual online set up for teaching, and I always go to Raees. Every time - even after my purchases, I continue to get a reply with different suggestions on how to make this work. Turns out it was a Zoom update! I am super grateful for all the help provided time after time.

Folks like Kevin, who took time to help me, set up my account and then answered all my question, and Laurie who who assisted during a quick question I had re: shipping.Also found a hard to locate item for my SHURE product, thus saving me $$$.I'll definitely be visiting AVShop again.
